Being Interviewed by Miles

Being on film is starting to get a lot easier for me because I have taken drama last semester and cinema junior year and was also on film, so I felt like it was pretty natural. I always enjoy being on camera because who doesn't love being the center of attention. During this the only problems that we ran into was thinking of enough questions to ask the person.

Interviewing Miles

For me using the camera is actually difficult even though it is my second time taking the class. I'm used to being in front of the camera instead of behind it. It's a lot easier sitting behind the camera instead of infront of it. The only problem I ended up having with this interview is just coming up with enough questions. At first I needed to remind him to repeat the question when he answered them, but after that he was an easy person to interview.

Nikon D5500 is a camera that I used for this interview with Bruce and this was the first time that I have used this camera. It was still the basic thing of using it like a canon and so it wasn't a big difference, but the Nikon is a better camera. After getting the lights and camera set it's easy after that, as long as you have a good amount of questions. Editing it was as easy as any other interview, just throwing B roll over it.

Interview with Bruce

Bruce was already working on another video for his interview so I was interviewed by him or another person.
